Saturday, April 27

All Day: 8 am - 9 pm

First Half Day: 8 am - 3:30 pm

Second Half Day: 3:30 pm - 9 pm

​​Roles

Prior to the Event

• Pick up props, donations, gifts for performers and volunteers, etc. during the week (someone with a big car or van)
• Drop off props after the event 
• Print and distribute flyers about the event
• Help with calling donors

Set-up Day: Friday 26 from 3 - 9 pm (anytime)

 First Half Event Day: Saturday 27 from 8 am - 3:30 pm

• Gaza families transportation pick up 
• Set up in the library, function centre, theatre, foyer, etc.
• Set up food/catering set up
• Set up outdoor activities
• Welcome people and collecting ticket tickets (need 4 people at check-in)
• Help people get to places
• Support running the workshops (crafts, henna, etc.)
• Stage managing and open mic support
• Skills: People needed for face painting, artists, storytellers and, henna makers

 Second Half Event Day: Saturday 27 from 3:30 - 9 pm

• Helping people get to places, as needed 
• Breakdown and clean up 
• Gaza families transportation drop off
