Through art, music, storytelling, and shared experiences, we celebrate cultural heritage while creating opportunities for connection and dialogue.

Rooted in collaboration, Hakaya of Home is designed for, by, and with migrants, refugees, and people from diverse backgrounds. It invites individuals to share their journeys, express their creativity, and engage in meaningful conversations about what home truly means.

With a mix of performances, workshops, storytelling circles, and interactive experiences, the festival fosters cultural exchange, amplifies underrepresented voices, and strengthens community connections. It is a space where memories are honored, new traditions are embraced, and artistic expression flourishes.

Our work is built on four key pillars:

  • Hakaya Exhibitions – Showcasing live performances, storytelling sessions, installations, and creative works that highlight the richness of diverse cultural narratives.
